Refund policy

Your satisfaction is our absolute top priority, if something isn’t quite right, we’re always here to help.

Please review our policies carefully before placing your order.

  • Refunds and exchanges are happily accepted within 14 days of receiving your order.
  •  Items must be unused, unwashed, and in their original condition as sold with all original packaging intact.

Refunds:

  • Refunds requests must be submitted and approved by our team.
  • Once we receive the returned items and confirm it meets our conditional requirements, the refund will be processed.
  • Refunds are issued on same visa* used to place the order or Instapay if payment is cash on delivery*
  • Processing time may vary depending on the bank and service provider timeline.
  • Please allow a time span of 10 days from processing the request till we receive the items back in our warehouse.

Exchanges:

  • Delivery fees for exchanges are to be covered by the customer.

While we do our best to ensure the best quality delivered, if by any chance you receive a defective, damaged or incorrect item, please contact us within 48 hours of delivery.

In such cases, we will offer a free exchange or full refund including delivery fees.

Non-eligible Items:

  • After 14 days of delivery, no refunds or exchanges will be accepted.
  • Items that show signs of use, washing, or alteration will not be eligible.
