Shipping policy

We ship all around Egypt!

Shipping time is usually 3-5 business days excluding (Friday and Saturday) inside Cairo.

Shipping time is usually 4-6 business days excluding (Friday and Saturday) outside Cairo.

Orders above 3,000 EGP: 

• Please note that we will only be able to ship orders above 3000 EGP when we receive 50% deposit via instapay.
  

Orders cancelled more than once:

• For smoother order handling, we kindly ask that any previously cancelled orders and re-ordered to be paid in full before shipment.

Orders placed first time with Cash on Delivery payment option:

• Please expect a WhatsApp message/call to confirm the order. If we don't receive a confirmation within 24 hours the order will be automatically cancelled.

We’re happy to offer order checking upon delivery. Customers are welcome to open and review their order while the courier is present. If you choose not to keep the item, it can be returned immediately; however, delivery fees will kindly need to be covered by the customer.
