I never received my order which was made on 22sr July 2026, despite someone contacted me through Whatsup and confirmed it will be delivered.

We're genuinely sorry this was your experience.
We made several attempts to reach you regarding the delivery but couldn't get in touch. We'd be grateful for one more opportunity to make this right. Please message us with the best number or time to reach you, and we'll take care of everything from there.
